The Bath Club is one of the most exclusive and aesthetically beautiful buildings in Miami Beach, Florida.  Miami Interior Designer Jennifer Corredor has expertly renovated and redesigned many of the units that have been purchased in the past couple of years.

Here we have a striking 2,959 square-foot oceanfront condo with stunning views.  Jennifer has renovated and redesigned properties (both residential and commercial properties throughout South Florida) for the past 30 years with a select team that executes her interior designs to perfection, so she instinctively knows what needs to be done the moment she steps into a room.

Yesterday we posted a beautiful modern kitchen designed by Jennifer and we found footage that showed the interior of the condo before remodeling began.  The floor was cream/beige porcelain flooring that did not do justice to the spectacular view or the space itself.  Consequently, the living room appeared smaller than it actually was and failed to make use of the natural light that seamlessly floods the condo through the floor-to-ceiling windows.  The kitchen and master bath were outdated and needed to be modernized and upgraded with high-end finishes.

The results speak for themselves and the condo looks stunning.

A TERRACE WITH A MODERN NOD TOWARDS NATURE FEATURED IN FLORIDA DESIGN

The beautiful condo on Allison Island boasts a terrific 1,200-square-foot terrace, which Miami Interior Designer Jennifer Corredor made the most of because her client desired the space to give her a true sense of peace. For the terrace, Jennifer used granite flooring perfectly coupled with a lush backdrop of tropical landscaping, including orange, tangerine, lemon, and lime trees. She selected outdoor furnishings in neutral tones where her client could sit back in a relaxed environment and enjoy the beautiful water views and passing boats. The wraparound terrace provides the perfect spot to entertain in a garden paradise. “I used white planters to keep everything airy and light, and created landscaping for privacy, finishing the space with a tropical look,” the interior designer said.
